At Horizon Commons, training happens on real missions. Participants work through the details of an actual mission design or a relevant innovation challenge we face today. All programs incorporate hands-on, experiential learning and sustained collaboration among participants. Our methodology has consistently shown outcomes that include deeper engagement, skills that take hold and grow, and relationships that mature into lasting partnerships. This impact is the reason Mission-based Learning is at the center of everything we do.
The biggest gap in the Space and AI sectors today is the need for people who have the relevant skills. Our Mission-based Learning methodology has been demonstrated globally to consistently produce strong outcomes in engagement, skills development, and long-term impact.
We provide access to the infrastructure that serves as the backbone for learning. We identify trusted providers and, guided by a bench of subject matter experts, provide access. After the training is complete, we will continue to facilitate access to the full stack for full end-to-end mission capability.
Masterclasses from practitioners combined with an innovation challenge that allows you to apply the knowledge to real mission designs and applications.
